The problem has been fixed in 5.8.3.
Older versions will not be fixed because the problem only applies to the development computer and as mentioned above there are two easy workarounds:
If you are not using the 3D navigation (VirtualAssist), you can delete the folder Std\Hmi_V5_x\MQTT. This will solve the problem for this project permanently
Otherwise, you need the MQTT broker. If you start mosquitto.exe once before starting the HMI, the HMI will start up correctly. Also, when closing the HMI, mosquitto will stay open, so the next HMI start will work as well. (Even when working with different HMI projects, you can leave the same mosquitto instance open.)
