The error message comes directly from the underlying Flexera licensing system. We have checked the code, but it is not really helpful. So I would recommend these steps: Delete the folder corresponding to your dongle ID on the target system in C:\NexeedLocal\Licenses. If there are any other folders belonging to other dongles, you can delete them as well. The folders never contain any valuable information that cannot be restored from the license portal. Restart the target system and start the workflow again.

Your expectations are indeed too high concerning this feature. This dialog doesn't do anything else but copying files.

In OES V1, after exporting, you need to run the HMI Converter. This will create the config.xml from the inc files created by the export.

As far as I remember, OES 1.2 is not able to generate DAT files. But after you have deployed the new HMI configuration (after changing the StationData struct), you can use the HMI data editor to save the online data as new DAT file. This file will have the correct structure.

Sorry for the late reply! The answer is simple: Yes, you can! After that, CollectSupportData.Bat is available in the <Station>\Targets folder. If there is only one target system in the project, you can just double-click the batch file. Otherwise, please drag the nxhc file of the target system and drop it onto the batch file.
