  if I use the FSOE communication for Staubli robot, I need to purchase any special hardware of the Beckhoff? for example, safety communication module? thank you

You must use TwinSafe and you need a SafeLogic terminal like EL6900, EL6910
or newer safety I/O terminals (e.g. EL1918) can also be used as SafeLogic terminal...
