Hello everybody,
After doing a Nexeed image update the ATD and PartCounter services are not working properly.
ATD seems stuck, can't deploy because it can not be stopped. Can stop it from OpconAdmin, to redeploy but the issue persists.
Anyone had similar problems?

Problem came from wrong image update. Interruption during MySQL server installation.

Hello,
it would be helpful to have more details about the version of
the image and the used components.
In case of information services like ATD, PartCounter,... you can
get status informations and errors from the Windows EventViewer
(Windows Logs\Application).
You can save this informations inside the tool to an .evtx files (choose "Display informations for English") and
send us a request to the Nexeed Helpdesk where we can help you.
