Hello,
I have a problem with the EtherCat when I try to scan it in Config Mode. I have the error from the picture below, and it`s not finding anything on the stations EtherCat. What I have to mentions is that when check the state of the modules online they all are in OP state, and the station is running from some time, almost 1 year.
What I have tried, is to disconnect the ethercat connection after the first modul (in my ex. is the EK1100 ), and when I scanned I have the same error, and also I have removed the ethercat cable from the PLC and scanned and we had the same error.
Somebody knows what can be the issue and help me?

this looks like that you not have or wrong ethercat master.
Doble click to ethercat master and go to tab Adapter
Click to search and select the adapter from new.
After that you can start Scan from new.

If you have Beckhoff technical support in your local area,
you can also consult them. Because the hardware itself is a Beckhoff product.

You no need a beckhoff suport
