Display problems VPB40.4D2

I have a new IPC VPB40.4D2. To install the NexeedV2 image, I connected a screen with a DisplayPort connector to the VPB40.4D2.

Everything works OK, but the screen goes OFF (for 2 or 3 seconds) and ON in irregular intervals.

I have changed the DisplayPort cable and the screen. But that didn't help.

Is this a hardware problem of the VPB40.4D2 or there may be other reasons (graphic-card settings, resolution etc)

Has anyone had the similar behavior before?

what display you using?

mPad, Rexroth or Beckhoff

I used a normal office screen (from HP). I had this behavior, when I was  installing the VPB40.4D2.

normally you must not chnage any graphic settings.

But you can try set the display resolution down.
