I am not sure if I understand your question correctly, but you cannot update OES4.10 software to OES4.11. These are absolute independent versions, so you can use both of them simultaneously. For example on my PC I installed all versions of OES from version 4.7 to 4.11. OES project contains information about version in which was created, so if you use doubleclick at *.oep file in Engeneering folder, it always opens correct version of OES.
