Hello.
I have a problem with PartCounter.
The communication with the PLC is randomly dropping out.
Some pieces are counted by the machine and some are not.
During production, the number in the counter does not correspond to the units produced.
There are several informative reports of communication loss in the reporting history.
PartCounter 1.5.9.5
Apps 1.5.7.16
Add-ons 1.1.3.0
Control plus Studio V5.8
TwinCat 4024.32
I checked that the countdown is only called once per part.
The frequency of the counting is every 20 seconds.
What could be wrong?

Hello,
i assume both of you are using the newest communication PartCounter addOn object.
This problem is due to an overflow of parts statistic counter inside the database.
We will release an official update of PartCounter soon.
Meanwhile you can reset the counter by script.
in the script please edit the name of the database above (if needed; works for standard: one addon on root 'station') and run the batch file with admin rights once on the target system.
If the problem stays please contact our helpdesk.

Hello,
I am also facing the same issue as my colleagues. In my case I have:
Runtime V1.5.10.15
AddOn V1.1.3.0
App V1.5.7.16.
Nexeed Master Image V10.10 (6/15/2022)
Control Plus Studio 5.6.2
TwinCAT 4024.32
The complete line was working fine, but randomly the stations are dropping out one by one. At the end all of the stations are off.
The counting of the parts is only call once per part, but the cycle time is very low (<1.4s). Could this be a problem?
I tried to run the .bat file but it didn’t worked, I still have the issue.
