Initialize PLC Failed - Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

Hi, 

I am trying to open a PLC programed that have version of OES V4.11b and normally should  export the program in TxaeShell , but is showing this error on Shell:

And this error in OES:

Please consider that this software is valid on others PC , I  have installed the version required to open this software but I don't have any idea how can i open from my laptop.

Does anyone have a suggestion that might work?

Can you open the project by double-clicking the sln file? Or does it work if you start the XAE shell and open the project manually?

If this works, does the OES export work while the TwinCAT project is already open?

So i tried to open the XAE Shell by double-clickingand  not is not working, is showing the same error ., i also tried manually with shell and visual studio and it is showing same error...

To be honest, I have no idea what this is. But it must be something with the TwinCAT installation and has nothing to with OES.

I have see this error with corrupt files in TwinCat project.
