Active Panel unable to access DataAccess

Hey guys,I just have  meet a problem when i use an active panel that i can not access the DataAccess file which store in PLC.The following figure shows the information in panel:

And I've made sure that between the Panel and the PLC, I've Setup complete sharing settings.

And I also have added PLC route in the panel system.if anyone met this issue before,plz give me some Suggestion,thank you!

How is the path to the dat files configured? Have you used a UNC path? If so, is the hostname/IP reachable from the active panel? Do both target systems (PLC and active panel) have the same users/passwords?

Yes.. I really can't access the PLC via the UNC path.

The account password used between the PLC and HMI is not the same, but is this necessary? I didn't set the password to the same when I used it before, but it can still work.

The HMI is not able to make a connection with different credentials. But you can make it work by mapping the network drive manually on the active panel, with the settings "Reconnect at logon" and "Remember my password" activated. After that, also the UNC path should work.
