The keyword %PlcHost% is replaced with the hostname or IP address configured for the target system where the PLC runtime is located by OES when exporting the HMI and DatAccess configuration, not at runtime. It has nothing to do with a PLC variable, and obviously inventing new keywords doesn't work. Best practice is to configure the hostname instead of the IP address at the target system hosting the PLC. In this case, you can use %PlcHost%. But the way you did it should also work.

BBacskay is correct, this is related to the TcpIpBase Lib. Error 9517 means that the mailbox (receive queue) to Qcd_L3_007_003.exe is full. This might happen if the exe has crashed or is blocked. Please check if there are any errors related to the tcp/ip library in the eventlog. You could also check if all Qcd_L3_007_003.exe instances are still running.

Platform, Opcon modulo(VPB40+VDP40) Field bus: Profibus I am using DP/DP coupler in my project to realize the communication between two stations. I am facing an issue that a bit in DP/DP coupler communication is abnormal. As it shows in the captures, QX350.0 is off from staion 010, however at the same time IX350.0 is on in stat020. Other bits seems identical between two stations.

I met an issue about ATD when i use control plus V1. Whe i try to deploy with OES, there is information about SQL server is not installed on target system. I tried to update ORD(v1.3.3), OAD(v1.3) and even refresh image, it can not be solved. Is anybody have idea about this issue?
