Control plus v1 ATD SQL issue

I met an issue about ATD when i use control plus V1.

Whe i try to deploy with OES, there is information about SQL server is not installed on target system.

I tried to update ORD(v1.3.3), OAD(v1.3)  and even refresh image, it can not be solved.

Is anybody have idea about this issue?
