Hello, This sounds pretty strange. Can you please check the following things: Check if the Firmware of the Robot (univalPlcServer) is the same as tested with the Robot Peripheral (see documentation). Activate the logging of the robot (status view of the robot unit) and wait for the error. If it appears, please post the logfile here or send it to the helpdesk.

Hello, if I understood correct, you got problems because two of your robot units try to write in the same log file and are referenced to the same folder. The most convenient way would be to move the log file into the "robot folder" which should be unique for every robot. In your case that could be: Robot folder 1 (file structure path): D:\OpconData\AssyRobot Robot logging 1: D:\OpconData\AssyRobot\Logging.txt Robot folder 2 (file structure path): D:\OpconData\Staubli Robot logging 2: D:\OpconData\ Staubli \Logging.txt The most convinient way would be to move the log file into the "robot folder" witch should be unique . Hello Hudson, the method AddOffsetRobotPointToList is allways related to the tool (view off tool). For example a offset of Z = -100 moves the robottool "up", if the tool ist facing to the ground (see screenshot below). This is described in the documntation. If this dosn't answer your question, please tell us the values of your tool.

Hello Hudson, please make sure that the parameters of your plc library match the parameters in the variables.osd file ( ...\Std\Objects\NexeedProgrammableRobot\V1.x\Variables\variables.osd). By default the constant is set to 20 (see screenshots below) If you need more (or less) tools, you allways need to change the parameter at both locations.
