This is a known issue that has been addressed to Rexroth/CoDeSys. The message will disappear if you remove the namespace (OC_AeMesBase.) from the array limit variable manually. It should not reappear after the next export.

The implementation of this add-on is highly TwinCAT/Windows specific, so we cannot just adapt it for ctrlX. Currently there are no plans to develop a corresponding add-on for ctrlX.

I remember we had some discussions with Beckhoff about the TwinCAT installer that brought some outdated CodeMeter components that TwinCAT doesn't even use at all. Maybe this is still the case in the RM Setup for 4020. I would suggest you try to repair the CodeMeter runtime by re-installing it. It is available at Wibu for download: User Software - Wibu-Systems

Looks like you have selected the old OpCon Xml spec V1, which does not support struct arrays. Open View --> Data by category in the main menu Double-click Data management Select OpCon Xml Specification V2.x
