We plan to develop an iOS App that uses the GTC400C camera. Does the Bosch GLM Bluetooth APP kit support such a device ?

Unfortunately no it's only for certain devices, and the supported GLM and PLR devices of that app kit are here: https://rbdevportal.secure.footprint.net/devx/dynamic_images/Products/DeviceListGLMPLR.pdf
