Visual Studio Dark Theme

Hi , I'd like to have nice dark background on my Visual Studio 2013. As you see in the photo even if I choose the dark theme it doesn't become completely dark.. Is there any way that I could do it?

You have to wait until Beckhoff releases TwinCAT 3.1.4026 to choose the dark theme.

The PLC editors are not simple text editors. Therefore Visual Studio plugins/extensions usually don‘t work with TwinCAT.


By the way: Visual Studio 2013 is not recommended anymore (only necessary for TwinCAT 4020.28). You should use TwinCAT XAE Shell (TcXaeShell) or Visual Studio 2017.

By the way, I have a question, how to make OES export automatically using TwinCAT XAE Shell (TcXaeShell) or Visual Studio 2017? now I can set the default editor for .sln as TcXaeShell, then if I just open PLC program (.sln), it uses TcXaeShell as default, but if I export from OES, it always use Visual Studio 2013(I don't istall Visual Studio 2017 Shell).
