VPB40 C disk full

I met an issue on vpb40. C disk became alomost full. Actually, when i tried to check the folder in c disk one by one. The total size is far away reached the asized space.

Then i tried to restart the windows on vpb40, after restart, the c disk space became normal.

What type of reason could result in c dsik full? Any possible solutions to sovle this issue except restart windows?

I haven't seen this before so I would have some questions:

• Does the disk usage start increasing again after restarting the system?
• Maybe you can change the settings so that the File Explorer shows all files including hidden system files. Is there still no suspicious file/folder?
• Can you check the Windows EventLog if there are any entries that might point into the right direction?
