CtrlX PLC with Nexeed system

Hello,

In Control plus studio I use a CtrlX PLC with ethercat communication.
On the ethercat bus are several devices (I/O modules, safety modules, etc.), but the HCS01 servo controller does not work at the object level.
At the peripheral level I watch the diffenet variables in the PLC, but on the HMI these variables are not visible.

Objects:

NexeedAxis 1.2.18.0
NexeedAxisBase 1.0.15

Peripheral:

NexeedEcRxIdMPB_native 2.0.23.0

Any ideas?

I can't see the parameters. Within the ethercat diagnostic menu the bus ready is not OK, but I monitor and handle digital I/Os without problems.

Is there a setting problem in the servo paramerer?
