Control Plus V2 Deployment Error: Cannot connect to RAT server

Hello Guys:

 I can't download an HMI to an IPC. The error message says that 'Cannot connect to RAT server',

I get some information from community:some guys also meet this problem before,they solved this problem by install certificate to target system.

Unfortunately I can't find the file he told in my PLC,I think maybe because the firmware of my PLC is an older version Control PlusV1 , and my program is export by OES 5.8 is a V2 new version .

So my question is :

1. Is the PLC Operating system installed with V3.30 (control plus V1) is not compatible with the program export by V2 ?

2. If the first point is yes , Can I upgrade the OES version of my PLC by flashing the firmware or other ways ?

If the second point is no , maybe i can only change a new version PLC to solve this problem . 😭😭😭

Unfortunately it is not supported to apply V2 software on a V1 image.
