Hello,
We have a 3-axis system, controlled by a ctrlX DRIVE XCS (SoE) (1 axis) and a ctrlX DRIVE XMD (SoE) (2 axis).
Whenever we perform a PLC Start/Restart, or a Reset Cold, we get the following error, by the CNC Portal object:
The only way to recover is by doing an Activate Configuration, or when Start/Restart, to perform a power cycle to the controllers.
As you can see in the following screenshot, the controllers themselves are error free:
