We had the same problems with other customers. If it's not the original Rexroth SSD or a Rexroth replacement type it does not work or work reliable. What you can try : Plug off the power and let the system cool down. Do NOT remove/unplug the fan. Please try the following : Connect to the target system using the TargetShareMap.bat and delete the HMI folder. Disconnect and restart the target system Restart your development system Then try to deploy again.
