Is there any chance to make a clone or a back-up of the current service stick (V 2.20), before using the V3.0 update, so I can come back to the old version after, since the version from the service stick (2.20 ) is only for mPad ?

Hello, I have to update the Nexeed Image on a service stick from V1 2.20 to 2.22. If I use the ServiceStick V3.0 from Nexeed , how does it work, can I selecet which version I want to install or all the versions listed in the Master_Image_V1_V3.31 file (check the attached picture) will be installed ? The idea is that we want to return to the old version of 2.20, is it possible to downgrade ? Thank you!

Hello, We have to update the Nexeed Image on some lines, running on V1, to the image version 2.22, and we have some problems on some PLC's, that when we put the new hard disk, and the image stick is not booting, and it is remaining blocked ( see picture attached 'HmiPlcFrozen' ). We have tried changing the USB port and also the image stick, but with no succes. We have compared the Boot settings from the BIOS, with a running PLC, and they are the same. Please check the attached pictures for more details! If anyone has an ideea what can be the problem, please share, or maybe something else that we should check. Thanks! 🙂

Thanks for the info! I think it will be installed also with the TF5400 Advanced Motion Pack! I have a station with a axis portal used for screwing!

Hello, Does anybody know if there's a variant to disable and enable automatically the modules on the EtherCat, for TwinCat3 Build 4020? I saw that starting with build 4024, there is a posibility to use the Project variant, and I was thinking maybe there is something that can be used also on this older build. Thank you!
