I am using the XDK for an application where I need to keep the device on for several days. To do that, I tried to connect an external power supply with the xdk. But, The battery of the XDK stops charging once it is fully charged and it does not on automatically starts charging when charge is over. In that case, I would like to know, how can I keep the xdk on for several days.

When you use some Powerbanks or USB ports will switch off after 1-2h of inactivity. This leads to this issue.
Can you verify the external power supply has these kind of issues.
Also let us know more info regarding your external power supply.
Thank you 🙂
I tested using an external power supply of 5V 1A and its working good now. Initially, when the XDK battery is full, the green LED goes off. But later, when the XDK battery is below a certain limit, it does trigger the power supply automatically to accept charge. Hence, my problem is solved using an external power supply after I tested it for 4 days.
