To whom may concern:
I just got a new XDK110 and had flashed VirtualXdkDemo into the device (workspace version: 3.7.0). However, the virtual XDK continued to show "No device found (yet)". But I could see the device via "nRF Connect" apk. (device name: BCDS_Virtual_Sensor). And the workspace could detect device connected and disconnected status. What's more, I could write "0x01" to "XDK Control Service" to start data streaming or reboot it.
Figure1: XDK110 can be connected by "nRF Connect" app, but not the "virtual XDK "
My smartphone is Samsung S9 Plus, android version: 10, BLE version: 5.0
I saw some comments in Google play that some users said the app didn't support the latest android version. I don't know if it is true or not.
Could you please give me a new app to run the demo? Thank you very much!
Please feel free if you need more details.
Had confirmed that the "Virtual XDK" cannot work on Android 10.
I had tested the APK both on iPhone 7 (IOS version 14, BLE 4.2) and Huawei P9 Plus (Android 8, BLE 4.2) which worked well. But Android 10 cellphone cannot find the device.
