Bosch XDK110 not detected XDK Workbench Ubuntu

Hello,

I recently installed XDK Workbench in Ubuntu and my XDK110 device isn't detected.

I'm using Ubuntu version 20.04.3

XDK Workbench version 3.7.0

Been working on windows and it worked fine.

Ubuntu detects the device as Bus 002 Device 005: ID Robert Bosch GmbH XDK Application

XDK presents Red(ON) Orange(OFF) Yellow(ON) Green(ON)

Instalation log gave me 2 erros: Linux Package: libncurses5:i368 and lib32ncurses5 (don't know if its relevant)

Also having trouble with update feature. I change the proxys and it still gives me the same error but I get a list for install where new error apears:

Cannot complete the istall because of conflicting dependency.

Dev tools SDK 9.11.1.202006011430 and XDK Workbench 3.7.0;

and Dev tools SDK 9.11.1.20200401122021 conflicting with the already installed 9.11.0.200...

Any help would be appreciated.

Well I still didn't get any kind of answer, so would you kindly inform me what do I do now?

I've been researching and I got nowhere. 

I really need help right here.
