Object Browser - Clean up Std folder issue

I encountered an issue using OES 4.11.3 and Object Browser 1.10.0

The Clean Up functionality of the Object Browser removes required *.ood files located in Modules sub folders of Peripheral devices.

As an example, a project using AES-D-BC-ECAT Valve System has all of the Modules identified as being unused.  After "Clean up Std folder" the entire .\Std\Peripherals\NexeedEcAvAes\V2.0\Modules directory is deleted, even though some of them are in use by the project.
