Machine Views wrong height

Hello all,

All views are created by default by CPS with size 944,624. As is indicated in HMI Design Guidelines V2 too. With this size in machine the view is trimmed.

We are doing something wrong? or is an issue of CPS?

Yes, the mPad does have the 1280x800 resolution. In the beginning, we tried to avoid having two different resolutions, that's why the first mPad generation had 1366x768 pixels like the 15" displays. But for small displays, this resolution is non-standard and it was simply not available anymore, so we had to change the display for the next generation.

So I am afraid there is no "right" resolution for all displays and you really have to configure it in the project.

jus a suggestion, a Hint button with resolutions of your protfolio will be nice. Not easy to know resolutions of panels for beginnes and almost to experts. This prevent to create view with real resolution and not change later (double effort).
