I tried to redeploy again, but there was no improvement. I will now manually start the HMI and start DatAccess manually. The HMI display screen is still working, but I don't know why it can't start automatically now?

Are you logged in as OpconUser? When OpconAdmin is logged in, the apps (except Contact Server) are not started.
