Our system is configured with one PLC controlling two gantries, with the Y-axis comprising two servo motors operating in a master-slave configuration. While the first gantry system is working normally, the second is reporting an error. we also check the slave and master axis id. so for the cnc portal, can we use the two gantry system at the same time.
Have you made the coupling also at the Axis configuration for the second gantry system? If it's following the master, the Setpoint Pos text should turn red instead of black:
Have you tried moving all gatry slave axis to the end of the CNC configuration. The gatry slave inbetween the two portal configuration may cause this error.
Hello Bianca, thanks for your response. I have configurated the all gantry slave to the end, but the plc display error like enclosed picture.
I also find the strange thing is that the second cnc portal parcfg don't match with the OES configuration.
